Noemie is all about wine. But not just any wine, her heart and interest lie in the versatility of natural wines. As a true pioneer in the movement of the "vin vivants" in Switzerland, she gathered her knowledge over years while living in the prime Swiss wine area of Lake Geneva. When she's is not conducting research in the Swiss regions, you can be sure to find her travel all over the world to expand her taste pallet with foreign flavours.

She is responsible for selecting our constantly changing selection of wine and connecting our guests to the most passionate wine makers in Europe.
